Zyvora SMS Terms
Last updated: 26 October 2026
The program
ShadowPing LLC, doing business as Zyvora (“Zyvora”, “we”) sends text messages from Zyvora's own phone numbers to people who use Zyvora, the salon management software, in two kinds:
- Sign-in codes: one-time codes you ask for when you sign in to Zyvora (the Zyvora admin website, the Salon Pro and Salon Pass apps, or a salon's Zyvora booking site).
- Sign-up codes: the one-time verification code you can choose to receive by text when you start a Zyvora trial. Texting is optional: without it, your code is emailed to you.
- Account and system notices: if you are a salon team member who has added your mobile number to your Zyvora account and turned on text notices, messages about your account and work at the salon. These cover new or changed bookings, schedule changes, and security alerts such as a new sign-in.
These terms cover only texts Zyvora sends from its own numbers. A salon that texts its clients from its own number does so under its own terms, shown where you book with that salon.
How you agree
On the Zyvora trial sign-up form you agree by ticking the separate checkbox beside the wording; the box is optional and unchecked, giving your number does not agree to any text, and signing up works without ticking it. You also agree to receive these texts when you enter your own mobile number on a Zyvora sign-in screen and ask for a code, or when you add your mobile number to your Zyvora account and turn on text notices. The wording you see there is shown at https://app.zyvora.app/sms-consent. Agreeing isn't a condition of any purchase.
How often
Message frequency varies. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one. Notices depend on activity at your salon and the notices you have turned on.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Zyvora doesn't charge you for these texts.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. To start again, reply START or UNSTOP. If you stop texts, you can still sign in another way, such as by email or with a passkey, where your account offers one.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or email support@zyvora.app.
Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can use it
You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you enter, or authorised by the subscriber to use it.
Privacy
We use your number only to send the texts described here, and we don't sell it or share it for others' marketing. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.zyvora.app/zyvora/privacy/.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll ask again where a change affects what you agreed to.
