Zyvora text messages
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This page shows exactly what you agree to when you ask Zyvora to text you, and where you are asked. It is published for anyone to read, including the mobile carriers that review business texting programmes.
Who sends the texts
ShadowPing LLC, doing business as Zyvora, from Zyvora's own phone numbers. Zyvora is the salon management software your salon uses.
What is sent
- Sign-up codes for people starting a Zyvora trial who choose to receive the code by text by ticking an optional box. Without it, the code is emailed and nothing is texted.
- Sign-in codes you ask for, when you enter your own mobile number on a Zyvora sign-in screen.
- Account and system notices for salon team members who add their mobile number to their Zyvora account and turn on text notices: new or changed bookings, schedule changes, and security alerts such as a new sign-in.
No marketing is sent from these numbers.
How you agree, and the exact wording
On the Zyvora trial sign-up form, giving your mobile number does not agree to any text. You agree only by ticking a separate checkbox, which is optional and unchecked by default. Leave the box unchecked and nothing is texted to you: the sign-up is finished with the code emailed to you. Beside the box, the form shows this, word for word:
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Zyvora, including your one-time sign-up code and, if you turn them on, account notices. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of signing up or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
On a Zyvora sign-in screen or in your account settings, you agree by entering your own mobile number and asking for a code, or by adding your number to your Zyvora account settings and turning on text notices. Beside the number field, those screens show this, word for word:
By entering your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Zyvora, including one-time sign-in codes and, if you turn them on, account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies: a sign-in code is sent only when you ask for one, and notices depend on activity at your salon and the notices you turned on. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Zyvora does not charge you for these texts.
Stopping texts, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number; STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way, and START or UNSTOP starts them again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@zyvora.app.
A salon's own texts are separate
Texts about your appointments at a particular salon — confirmations, reminders and replies — come from that salon's own number, under that salon's own registration and its own terms, shown where you book with it. This page and Zyvora's SMS Terms cover only the texts Zyvora sends from its own numbers.
Wording versions: sign-up form zyvora-signup-1; sign-in screens and account settings zyvora-signin-1. Every agreement is recorded with its version, the time and the screen it was given on. The wording is also published at https://app.zyvora.app/sms-consent and served to Zyvora's own apps, so every screen shows the same sentence. Privacy policy: https://www.zyvora.app/zyvora/privacy/.
